If you follow the Podcast you’re probably aware I’ve just hit 50 episodes.
To be honest…
I probably should be in the 100’s right now, but I haven’t been as consistent with the Podcast as I have with YouTube or the Blog.
All in all though it’s been a journey, one that I’ve learnt a lot from.
Combined with solo episodes I’ve interviewed some great guests on the show.
From fitness professionals such as Alan Carson to successful businessmen like Chris Winters, I’ve covered a range of topics including stress relief, depression and suicide, weight loss and muscle growth, style, work/life balance, overcoming social anxiety and more.
